This policy explains what information the Flying Wizard iOS app ("the app", "we", "us") collects and how it is used. The app is published by API Industries.
We do not ask you for your name, email address or any account details, and we do not run our own servers that collect personal information. Your progress, settings and purchases are stored on your device.
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address, general location derived from it, device model and operating system, and how you interact with ads. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track" when prompted, the advertising identifier is not shared and you will see less personalized ads. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. We only receive confirmation of which items you bought so they can be unlocked in the app.
If you sign in to Game Center to race online, Apple provides your Game Center display name to the app and shares your race position with the opponent you are matched with. This is handled by Apple's Game Center service.
Flying Wizard is suitable for all ages. When the app first opens it determines an age range, using Apple's Declared Age Range feature (the age range on your Apple ID, which you choose whether to share) or, if that isn't shared, a neutral birth-year question. The age range is stored only on your device.
For players under 13, we never show the tracking request, and ads are requested as child-directed under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): they are not personalized and are limited to family-friendly content. For everyone, ads are limited to family-friendly (G-rated) content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
